I can't help feeling that I've wasted alot of time in being all "I don't want to learn that" and "I don't think that'll help"

Its funny that I can be so open to so many people but
I can't be open to some of the simplest things.

Like I've been at my job for almost 3 years now, 4 if you count interning and I feel as though I'm behind in learning things there. I know very well why I'm behind though, the first two years I was all "this isn't my field", "Theres no point in learning anything else here but whats nessacary to do my job". Now that I've been here more than two years, I feel that I failed myself. I'm not one that likes to regret, so instead I just feel stupid.

I feel that everyone else that would be working there as long as me would have advanced already. But no I'm just now learning how to give shots and draw blood, and I don't know that many illness's and ways to solve them.

It felt good though the one night I stayed late to help the night people and got to tech a room. I was really nervous but when I got done, I couldn't help thinking "Whats so hard about this?"

It was very good for me, but I think it'll take a few more times before I'm not as nervous.

Then in all my classes I feel like I've learned everything their teaching, but I'm still not doing well on the tests and I can't figure that out.

I guess I feel like I've been there and done that and theres no time or money for me to do other wise. I don't know what I could do to increase either one. I don't even know how long I can last like this. I feel so blogged down and so behind in life.
